New Kashmir Park Housing Society in Lahore has completed the primary road network and utility connections for Phase I, opened a new booking office for remaining 2-marla and 5-marla plots, and announced a mortgage financing partnership with United Bank Limited enabling buyers to secure homes with as little as 20% down payment. Construction of Phase II residential blocks is scheduled to begin in Q3 2026, and the society has received provisional approval from the Lahore Development Authority for park and community facility expansion.

The Jammu & Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society (JKCHS) held a Special General Meeting on December 27, 2025 at JW Marriott, Islamabad Expressway, where members approved the merger of Kashmir Gardens (Zone IV) and Khayaban-e-Kashmir II (Zone V) with Intelligence Bureau Employees Cooperative Housing Society (IBECHS), Gulberg Islamabad. The merger includes ratification of past committee decisions and formalization of MOUs for administrative integration and land tax resolution.
