Nawaz Sharif Medical District Advances with PC-1 Approval and Biodiversity Park Integration
The Nawaz Sharif Medical District in LDA City Lahore has completed initial PC-1 and 3D design phases and secured over 1,500 kanals of land. It will feature Pakistan’s first biodiversity park within a medical zone, a helipad (22.87 kanals), gas station (32.38 kanals), and mixed-use commercial zones. The Institute of Ophthalmology (PKR 1.78 billion) is set to be the first facility constructed.

Nawaz Sharif IT City at Bedian Road Progresses as Pakistan’s Largest IT-Based Urban Project
The Nawaz Sharif IT City — spanning 6,824 kanals adjacent to PKLI on Bedian Road — is under construction as Pakistan’s first integrated IT city. Backed by an MoU with 15 major IT and education firms, it features dedicated zones for AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, HealthTech, and EdTech, with STZA approval and operational readiness planned in phases.
